How many subjects are there in NEET 2020?

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, commonly referred to as NEET-UG, will be carried out by NTA or National Testing Agency. The authority has declared NEET 2020 dates via an official notification. According to the notice, NEET exam will be held in pen and paper mode on May 3, 2020. NTA has also announced the dates of vital events for instance issuance of admit cards, the release of an application form, and the announcement of result. NEET 2020 application form is available now from December 2 to 31, 2019, in online mode only. Candidates whose application form will be successfully submitted will be offered admit card of NEET 2020 from March 27. The registered candidates will also be offered a chance to edit the factors filled via NEET application form correction window.

Tips to Use NEET 2020 Syllabus to Study for Medical Entrance Exam

  • Pay attention on the final syllabus of NEET by MCI. Check the complete list of topics thoroughly.
  • In NEET 2020 syllabus all topics are common to +2 level in education board. Thus, it is good to start studying all the topics under Biology, Chemistry, and Physics you have studied previously for the state level medical entrance examination.
  • While preparing using NEET syllabus, you can refer to the study material of NEET. If any such subjects were not incorporated in your state board syllabus, try to revise them from books, for example, NCERT.
  • Practice using Question Papers of previous years. Past question papers of earlier years of NEET are available which you can download easily and try to solve. After cracking them, take a look at provided answers and prepare accordingly.

NEET exam pattern

NEET 2020 will be conducted in offline mode where candidates are offered with an OMR sheet to put their responses in. The question paper of NEET includes three sections, such as, Biology which comprises Chemistry and Zoology, Botany, and Physics.
